We all have an inner guidance, an inner light that shines Within us. It’s the source of our personality, our love, our passion, our creativity and our purpose. Over years of conditioning, life responsibilities and through specific negative experiences, we move away from listening to this guidance in our daily lives. For many this can result in feelings of frustration, stress, anxiety and the feeling of being lost or unsatisfied. Sonia’s mission is to re-connect you with your inner guidance by allowing it to shine brighter, thrive and connect to your purpose.

Taking a holistic approach looks at overall wellbeing. This includes physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Sonia aims to create a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can go on an exploratory journey to learn more about yourself.

Through a combination of traditional “talking” style counselling, coaching and holistic methods, you will both explore:

- your key values and goals

- blockages and challenges

- your own inner energy and wisdom

- create a space for transformation to occur

Holistic methods that may be used will be tailored based on your individual needs, however some examples include Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Reiki.
