Discover the therapeutic qualities of art, as you engage in a virtual reality exploration of your inner self. Our experienced hosts will provide the virtual reality headset and guide you through the session, ensuring a supportive and safe environment.

Whether you are an art enthusiast, a virtual reality enthusiast or a beginner at both, this event is open to all. No prior experience is necessary; just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

The VR experience will be approximately 20 minutes. This is part of a pilot study, so we will ask you to fill out a short survey afterwards. We will offer you a £5 voucher for the library café “Rio Deli” to thank you for your survey feedback.
