Blind tastings are always fun! The format, is 10 reds tasted blind in flights of 2 or 3, with different themes. We will look at how grape, region, production methods affect the taste. Also different quality levels from the same producer, influence of vintages etc. As always at blind tasting, there will be lots of discussion, without being too serious!
