Ecstatic dance is gaining popularity worldwide as a fun high vibrational activity, which leaves you feeling buzzed up and happy.
It’s a wonderful medicine to help you let go of adulting and all your responsibilities for 2 hours, dancing away any worry, or anything negative you’ve absorbed. Dancing into a new fresh energy to keep you feeling your best self.
We all turn up feeling a little inhibited, but our facilitator will help us loosen up, stop thinking and move all our attention out of our head and into our body, connecting to the music.
Our DJ plays uplifting music, mostly DnB, Trance and Tribal beats.
We are keen to grow a tribe of dancers, so offer tea and snacks after for the opportunity to chat and connect with each other after the dance.
This is a friendly, heart opened inclusive event where everyone is welcome. 💕
