Together, we’ll embark on a journey to reconnect with your heart’s energy. Camille will lead us through a gentle yoga flow, focusing on back bends and heart-opening poses to create space, release emotional blockages, and invite love, emphaty, cmpassion and positivity into our lives.
Following this, Lenka will guide you into a tranquil hypnosis journey paired with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls and other healing sounds, designed to take you into a deep state of relaxation and connection with your innermost self.
The Heart Chakra is the most powerful energetic center within our field. It plays a key role in emotional intelligence, attraction, and manifestation. Yet, unprocessed patterns, past hurts, or stagnant experiences can block its flow. Symptoms of this imbalance might include:
