A journey through grief is very personal and unique. By sharing different perspectives we can give insight to others who are also grieving the loss of someone still living.
What can I expect?
First we will have a discussion about the emotions and feelings around grief and bereavement. We will then select an emotion to focus on.
Everyone will have the opportunity to share there experience or pass. You will never be forced to share.
After a break for tea/coffee, you will be asked to draw the emotion we have discussed. Once again, everyone will have an opportunity to tell the story about their picture.
We will then choose the emotion for discussion at the following session.
Do I need to be good at drawing? No, you do not have to be an artist!
Do I have to talk and share things? No, everyone will have the opportunity share or pass.
