Myofascial cupping (RockPods) are silicone suction cups which are applied to the skin. The myofascial cups work by decompressing the layers under the skin and by providing sensory input into the brain from the skin. This decompression and sensory input help to promote healing, to reduce pain and to improve movement of the musculoskeletal system.

The myofascial cups are often used with movement to get the best therapeutic effect. Myofascial cups can be used as part of any treatment to get a positive result.

If you are interested in myofascial cups forming part of your treatment please let me know when booking.
