Join us in January 26th 2024 for our next immersive experience.

In the midst of the new year, you have an opportunity to refocus, reflect, and look ahead with renewed energy and clarity for the ebbs and flows of life that lie ahead.

In our next Mindful Elements immersion, we will be exploring challenge, creativity, social engagement, and dynamic deliberate play.

We will be exploring awareness through movement practices, conscious connected breath-work, sound therapy and a group creative process.

As with all our experiences, our priority is to create a safe and inclusive space that fosters personal and collective growth.

The immersion is open to all levels of experience, all you need to do is bring a sense of curiosity.

Setting is extremely important to us. Any space we use should feel like home and epitomise safety and connection.

We have chosen Soma Space for this occasion. Soma is a newly founded creative project space and movement studio in Stoke Newington, London. It is “A hoṃe for the art of living, connection, healing & restoration”.

Our experience is limited to 24 participants, and we look forward to once again inviting you to join us on this sensory journey.
