Naked Breathwork™

Naked Breathwork™ is about reclaiming our power, coming back to our wholeness as human beings and expressing all of ourselves.

Combined with the elements of circular connected breath, intuitive movement, sound and nudity, it provides a safe, healing and empowering space for those who want to take their embodiment practice to a whole new level.

It’s for the brave ones who like to meet and go beyond their edge of what they thought was possible, the rebels, the thought leaders, the ones who like to break the rules and don’t shy away from taking risks. 

Some of the transformational benefits has been positive body image, healing sexual shame, deeper self-love, inner peace, connection to innocence, freedom of expression of our primal, raw nature we often neglect in our modern society.

*Full nudity or levels of nudity is optional, but encouraged. You will always be at choice to follow your body’s truth.

REMINDER: This workshop will bring up emotions. At times it may challenge you and bring you out of your comfort zone. This is natural. When you are held in a safe and loving space without judgement, your body feels safer to feel any challenging emotions in order to release.
