I will begin the evening by guiding you to anoint and work with Palo Santo Sacred Oil for cleansing your energetic/auric field to clear and release blockages, restore and protect your energy and open pathways for your creativity to be re-ignited. To the sound of the drum, this process will prepare you to enter a state of meditation and travel outside of time and conscious thoughts as you relax into a deeply purifying and energising sonic journey created with various sacred instruments including crystal singing bowls and pyramid, gong, chimes, flutes…
The vibrational resonance and healing frequencies of the instruments balances and harmonises the chakras, allowing stagnant energy to be released and our energy centres and body systems to function at an optimum level, allowing us to thrive and our creative expression to blossom.
After the journey you will be given few moments of silence to reflect on your experience and acknowledge your insights and inspirations. Veronica will invite you to express in your unique way the messages or sparks of inspiration that showed up for you as you bring these into your daily life.
