Prepare to be cocooned in a bed filled with warm sand infused with healing crystals that envelop, (but do not stick) to the skin. This amazing feeling helps support bad backs and eases tension throughout the entire length of the spine.

Your therapist will begin by treating your overworked mind to some gentle sound bowl therapy. Next your back will be treated with gentle acupressure kneading movements up and down the spine using warm poultices.

*The 80 mins therapy will include a deeply relaxing scalp massage.

Next enjoy a nourishing hand and arm massage, releasing tension and bringing a deep sense of care to the body.

Tired feet will then be treated to a relaxing foot massage, working acupressure points for general health and wellbeing.
