Still Life Drawing: Creating Colour Palettes

We are delighted to invite you to a still life drawing workshop, led by Ffern artist Katy Papineau. This will be a gentle, creative evening set in the peaceful surroundings of our Beak Street store.

Figurative painter Katy Papineau will guide you through a still life session, using colour to convey sensory experiences such as scent. You will spend time creating colour palettes with a sense of harmony and contrast, reflecting the notes of Ffern’s Autumn 24 quince-inspired fragrance. These palettes will be incorporated into your still life drawing to result in vibrant images with a sense of atmosphere.

This workshop will take place on Wednesday 11th December at 7pm and will last about 2 hours. We will provide all the necessary materials for your creation. No previous experience is necessary. Tickets are £40 to cover materials and costs. Spaces are limited, so don’t hesitate to reserve your place!

Workshops are now open to non-ledger members!

We always have many more people wishing to attend than we can accommodate. Please let us know if you are no longer able to attend, even up until the last minute – this is courteous to our artists as well as potentially allowing someone else to attend.
