Immerse yourself in a blend of the traditional and modern, cultural storytelling, and free-flow exploration of elemental themes, energies, and emotions. Connect with the medicine of music, in an eclectic, multi-genre mix of worldly rhythms centered around black artists, guided by the sounds of amapiano, afro-house, afrobeats, soul, jazz, funk, RnB, alt hip-hop and more. Closing with a deep breath and sound journey, and meditation, creating space to ground, rejuvenate, and integrate the practice.

Asè pronounced “Ah-Shay,” is a powerful word that holds spiritual significance, originating from the Yoruba tribe in Africa. It represents the ability to create change and is given by Olodumare to all beings. Asè is a word of affirmation, it means “Yes” and can be expressed through words, prayers, or everyday conversation. It also reveals one’s inner power and is proclaimed when mobilising communities for a united cause. Asè is a spiritual tool for manifestation and injecting positive energy into our lives. It signifies consent to receive spiritual messages and reveals one’s inner power. Asè represents life force energy. With this in mind, in this practice we co-create a celebration of our roots, culture and ancestors, sharing an uplifting, expansive and transformative experience for all!
