What are Reflective Workshops?
Reflective Workshops are designed to get the best out of every participant, where every body has experiences, understanding, and questions which will benefit everyone’s learning. The Workshops promote curiosity and self-reflection.
What can you expect?
Our team will host the workshop for a group of up to 40 people. This one-off workshop will be hosted for a group which may include professionals from Social Care, Education, Healthcare, Mental Health Services and Parents.
We will work with the group to identify achievements, opportunities to improve, and explore their ideas around how they will achieve their group aims.
What’s the workshop about?

For many neurodiverse people, or people who experience trauma, sensory demands can be constantly exhausting and triggering.
By joining or booking to attend this reflective workshop you will get to:
1. Reflect on what you do well, and how you can be better
2. Understand what Sensory Processing is
3. Learn from Personal Experience
4. Experience a Sensory over and under stimulation
5. Get an insight into our integrated sensory trauma model
