Erin, a yoga teacher specialising in somatic movement and reiki grand master, will guide you through a gentle movement practice designed to reconnect you to the innate wisdom of your body. She will then lead you through a restorative guided meditation and energy healing session focused on establishing balance and safety in your mind, body and spirit. This midweek event is the perfect opportunity to reset your nervous sysem, find grounding and reconnect to your highest self.
