What is Energy Field Healing?

Energy field healing (EFH) is an advanced form of energy work that helps to clear and balance the energy field that surrounds us. By clearing old patterning and re-energising it, we can activate the body’s own healing ability. Chakras and our outer layers are cleansed and repaired so that our entire energy field is flowing, balanced, strengthened, and expanded.

EFH can help to address many issues of ill-health and imbalance, and works with the whole you – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Our Human Energy Field

Given the advancement of quantum physics, we now know that all things exist in energy form, and that living beings are so much more than our physical bodies.

Our physical body is made up of atoms and particles, as well as the subtle energy field that we cannot see. This human energy field is often referred to as our “aura” and sometimes depicted as a large egg-shape of different colours around the physical body. It consists of several layers of different vibrations of energy, and within it are found the chakras (or energy centres).

The sum of all our whole life experience is held within our energy field. Every thought, feeling or action are flows of energy. Our energy field is constantly absorbing energy from people and places and carrying memories of our past illnesses or trauma. It drives not only our physical health, but also our emotions, beliefs, attitudes and desires.

Providing our energy field remains balanced and strong, we can maintain health and well-being. However, energy transactions can build up heavily in the field. Everyday stresses and strains as well as physical or emotional trauma can cause blocks and imbalances. If left uncleared, they can damage the integrity of our energy field, causing physical illness and emotional and mental imbalances.

Energy Field Healing detects blocked, stagnant, non-serving energy and patterning from the fine layers of the energy field. High frequency energy is then used to transform slow, dense energy to a higher resonance. The main chakras and structure of the energy field is repaired, non-serving connections released, and ground energy and connection stabilised. The balanced flow of source energy will be restored, returning you to balance, harmony and peace.

Your Healing Session

Your EFH session begins with you standing for a short time while I connect in with your field and start the clearing process. You will then be invited to lie down and relax fully clothed on my treatment couch for the main part of the session. There is usually no physical touch, although you might feel a sense of warmth or tingling throughout the session. At the end of the session I will stand you up again for a few minutes while I make sure your field is completely balanced, re-energised and grounded. This clearing and healing processes can continue for 3-4 weeks afterwards. During this time it is advisable not to have any other form of energy work, such as Reiki, crystal healing etc.

Please note because EFH uses high levels of energy it is not suitable during pregnancy, for people with pacemakers or for those who have epilepsy.

Distance Healing

For those times when you are unable to come to the clinic, distance healing sessions are available.

With full permission of the client, it is possible to access the energy field of that client, and subtly apply energy healing techniques distantly, without being in their physical presence. A short telephone consultation, case history and photograph will also be required.
