✨ Class Theme: Vulnerability & Emotional Intimacy
In this session, we’ll explore the courage it takes to share ourselves honestly and to let others in. Vulnerability often feels uncomfortable, but it’s also where true intimacy and trust are born. The more we learn to stay present with our own emotions, the easier it becomes to share them without fear of rejection or judgment. Through yoga, breath, and reflection, we’ll practice softening the layers of protection that keep us guarded, connecting more deeply with our emotional body, and opening to authentic connection with others and ourselves.

This theme is connected to the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), the energy centre of emotions, intimacy, and creativity. When balanced, the sacral chakra allows us to experience relationships with more openness, playfulness, and emotional depth.
