Come and join me for a morning of conscious connected breathwork in the beautiful location of Queenswood , north London , opposite Highgate woods.
Deep dive into self, learn new skills and discover the power of breath.
We will begin the session by grounding into ourselves, reconnecting to what holds us, and finding inner and outer resources. We will then move into conscious connected breathing which is a deeply powerful practice, guided by a bespoke playlist, that can lead you towards releasing what no longer serves you, listening deeply to your somatic story and reconnecting to your intuition and to Self.
We will end the practice with time to integrate the experience. You will leave with skills and tools to support you in every day life, with inner experience of attending to what wants to be known within you and a deeper understanding of how you breathe and the power of this amazing resource.
