AS SEEN AT BOOMTOWN, Om & Bass festival and Mind Body Soul Experience… Open to all gender identities, EMÖSHPIT is an inclusive space to completely let go and express yourself through sharing circles followed by a high-energy facilitated dance practice. Discover healthier boundaries and more self-confidence through a rave with a talking twist.
To be doubly clear the purpose of EMÖSHPIT is to heal not hurt. People can play and dig as deeply as they feel called to. The centre of the dance space will be for consensual contact between people and the edges will be for more solo dancing and expression. There’s always a dedicated space, a “chill out” area, to go to should it be required.
