You’re invited to book your 30-minute slot to join Extra Gum for a ‘me moment’ at an exclusive two-day feel-good event in Shoreditch, guaranteed to boost your blood flow and endorphins when you need it most.
Slots for the experience are available for individuals or groups. The EXTRA Gum: Breathe, Chill, Chew, Repeat combines Ice bath, masks, northern lights, and personalised breathwork sessions with mindfulness coach Artur Paulins to invigorate Londoners seeking a health boost and a dose of wholesome wellness.
- Chill & Chew Zone: Welcomed by the calming scents of peppermint and essential oils, guests will be welcomed with a warm, calming drink.
- Breathwork session: Enjoy a personalised breathwork session from the incredible Artur Paulins ensuring you’re in the perfect headspace to take on the ice.
- Ice baths & masks: Post expert breathwork, you’ll be equipped mentally and physcially to brave the Extra Gum ice baths, designed to increase blood flow circulation, improve alertness and mood and promote overall well-being. Afterwards you’ll be invited to chill on the giant bean bags and enjoy an invigorating ice eye mask
- Re-chew-venation Zone: A live DJ will play a perfect chillout set under a projection of the northern lights, the ultimate way to relax, chew Extra Gum, journal and reflect or move and get the blood flowing post your icy immersion.
We offer robes and a changing facility for your convenience. Kindly remember to bring swimwear to fully enjoy the ice bath experience.
