Intro – Welcome – Brief talk somatics and the type of breathwork we will be using, DEMO of the breathe, Tribal Music starts with a 20min active breathe, Softened music to soothe the heart – Flow back to normal breathe to purge grief and unmet emotional from the inner child & timeline – Accupressure Massage, Energy Healing – Ending with a poem, feeling into the heart – Sound Instrument experience – Journal time – Finish with 1:1 chats if wanted – UPBEAT MUSIC!
* Due to the experience, this may release some heavy emotions or deep emotions supressed for a long time. This is DEEP shadow work, and breaking into generations of trauma that has been supressed but causing reocurring patterns/wounds in your lifetime.
Please know everyone that comes to these events are able to reach out to me personally for tools and modalities if finding the experience hard. You are never left alone. Take time to heighten your frequency in nature and give yourself space to integrate all which comes up afterwards.
