It includes group gathering, gentle body movement, nature immersion, gratitude practise, meditation and evidence-based psychological therapies. It will help you heal from stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem and low-mood. You will leave the retreat feeling stronger, rested and with a greater sense of self. It is run by a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and a Psychological Therapist/ Yoga Teacher.

The retreat is held within a stunning modern property overlooking Loch Duntelchaig, a fresh water loch, in inverness-shire, Scottish Highlands. Loch Duntelchaig is surrounded by expansive forest, freshwater lochs and rolling hills. Loch Duntelchaig is known as one of the best places to swim near Inverness. The water clarity is unbelievable, unlike nearby peaty lochs. On a sunny day, you can see rock formations, young vegetation and greens.
