Stretching Through Trauma

This workshop is a transformational journey of exploring the inner depths of our trauma through stretching. Trauma is an innate experience which all humans experience in our day to day lives. Humans however are the only animals who cannot release trauma naturally and instead recycle it into our muscles and nervous systems. These traumatic events that we experience are embedded into our bodies and each time we think about these fearful experiences, our trauma is more deeply anchored into our bodies and become more difficult to release. This can lead to pent up emotions and never realising how our bodies have a secret weapon to release what is stored deep inside. Our bodies have the wisdom to heal trauma and restore goodness.
